AXA Climate and Altitude

AXA Climate has 5 business units to support its clients and partners: Insurance, Training, Consulting, SaaS Products, and Regen. Globally, we are a team of +200 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our purpose is to help Planet Earth become a true stakeholder of all companies, in the same way that employees, customers and shareholders are!

Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. Our purpose is Adaptation. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +20 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.

We are autonomous within AXA Climate, but we work closely with the consulting teams dedicated to Financial Services and Agri sectors. We strongly believe that success is collective and we play as one team.

Altitude for Finance

Altitude for Finance is our first product, launched in September 2022. It is a platform dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds, enabling risk screening in pre-acquisition Due-Diligence, and enabling portfolio monitoring for reporting (such as TCFD). It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

In 2023, we signed +35 clients, totaling +170bn€ of Asset Under Management. To keep developing and growing our positive impact on the investment industry, we are recruiting for several positions.

Your mission as a Project Manager for Altitude for Finance

As a 360° Project Manager, you will support the team with various missions, and interact with all teammates: product managers, designers, developers, business developers and consultants. Your main missions will cover:

Market research: Identify and understand industry trends, shifts in the competitive landscape and potential opportunities for Altitude for Finance.
Competitor analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
Product enhancement: Contribute to making the platform better (features, content, methodology, etc.) in close collaboration with PMs, product designer and developers.
Marketing: Contribute to marketing initiatives (Sponsoring of events, application to awards, write and diffuse Altitude’s newsletter, etc.)

Based on your skills and appetite, you could also contribute to other missions. As we are still in an early phase of our development, your scope could evolve quickly based on your will.

Profil recherché

Academic: Master’s student in a Business or Engineering school.
Experience: First successful internship, ideally in a tech environment. Experience in Climate or Sustainable finance is a strong plus.
Customer centric: You like to resolve problems for clients and people you’re working with.
Organized and rigorous: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions, and are capable of orchestrating several projects in parallel.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong interest for Climate Change and ESG topics.
Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside.
